Follow up to prior review

I wanted to provide a follow up to my prior poor review. First, the team at Jack's addressed the issue, owned the issue and had the correct shirt in the mail before receiving the return. Second, the shirt is very comfortable and good quality. They definitely have a fan now and I already have several shirts.

Poor response and exchange service

Received the wrong size. They claim 30 days hassle free returns however, after receiving the wrong size, I have tried reaching out to start the return through three different channels over 2+ weeks and have yet to hear from anybody. I can't tell you how the shirt is because it is too small to wear (S vs XL) and I cant get anybody to respond to me.
