Shipping policy

Orders ship from our warehouse in Cypress, Texas within one business day. Orders placed before 2 PM Central usually ship the same day; weekend orders ship Monday.

Shipping is free on US orders of $80 or more. Under $80, it's a flat $7.50.

Ground delivery takes 2–5 business days once your order is on the truck. Most Texas orders arrive in 2–3. You'll get tracking by email the moment the label prints. We can't control carrier delays once the package is picked up, but if something looks stuck, email orders@jack-apparel.com and we'll chase it.

We currently ship within the United States only.
