Jacks Apparel Customer Service Tells Lies

Order a gift, the day it was supposed to be deliver 7 days later, went on line to track to discover it was never shipped. Jack Apparel customer service made up a complete "lie" about why the issue happened. Seriously, we all make mistakes but to lie to the customer about what happened.....not the kind of people I will ever do business with again. Beware, scrambling to now find a last minute give in 24 hours.

First, my package was here within two days of ordering. I can’t promise that will be the same everywhere, but it was crazy how fast the turnaround was.
Quality is superior and there is not a better feeling or fitting shirt out there. Fit is true to size.
